- WELCOME TO BAIERSBRONN
We have made every effort with the furnishings and hope that you will spend a wonderful and relaxing holiday here in our holiday home. The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a harmonious stay.
- KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can also feel at home on holiday. Please handle the appliances, crockery and kitchen utensils with care. After use, we are happy if everything is left clean and put back in its place. If anything is broken or missing, please let us know - together we will find a solution.
- WASTE
In order to make a joint contribution to environmental protection, we ask you to separate your waste accordingly. Bins for residual waste, organic waste, paper and packaging (yellow bag) are of course available. Thank you for your support!
- TO THE SMOKERS
Smoking is generally not permitted in our holiday flat. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony and on the terrace!
- PETS
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the flat.
- BAD
To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask you to leave the bathroom clean and tidy. Air the room briefly after showering to prevent mould from forming. Please do not dispose of any toiletries, wet wipes or similar in the toilet - there are bins provided for this purpose. Thank you for your consideration!
- DAMAGE
Of course, nobody is intentionally careless with things - but something can always get broken, that's quite human. If damage occurs during your stay, we would be pleased if you could let us know. That way we can sort everything out quickly and easily - thank you!
- DUTY OF CARE
Even in fine weather, conditions can change quickly. Therefore, please close all windows and doors and retract the awning when leaving the apartment. Please store the garden furniture cushions in the designated boxes so that nothing is damaged in the event of a sudden change in the weather.
Please also remember to switch off the lights – the environment and your landlord will thank you! Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for personal valuables, so we recommend storing them safely.
- DEPARTURE
Check-out time
Check-out must be by 10 o'clock take place. Final cleaning is already included in the price. Before your departure, we simply ask you to note a few things. Please leave the apartment swept clean on the day of your departure.
Kitchen and rubbish
Please dispose of the rubbish and empty the fridge completely.
Before your departure, we kindly ask you to put the dishes away clean and dry in the cupboards.
Windows and beds
Please close all windows before your departure. Please do not strip the beds.
Key
You can simply leave the keys on the table when you depart.
