The remote control for the roller shutter is located by the respective window (possibly behind the curtain)
There is only one remote control for all the external venetian blinds.
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
The holiday home has a shared laundry room which guests from both holiday flats can use. It is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Please turn on the tap before using the washing machine and turn it off again after washing.
From the Holiday apartment Somerset reach the washroom via the door next to the bathroom. In the Holiday apartment Rinkenberg Just go down the stairs. The respective flat doors can then be opened with your front door key. From there, you can access the laundry room via a small hallway.
- intercom with door release
In the house you will find the pictured intercom system with integrated door release.
To speak and listen, press the button with the „pick up the receiver“ icon. To end the call, press the button with the „hang up“ icon. You can open the door using the button with the key icon.
All other keys have no function.
- underfloor heating
To ensure it is already comfortably warm when you arrive, we will set the underfloor heating to a comfortable temperature in advance.
If you prefer it a bit warmer or cooler, you can individually adjust the temperature in each room. To do this, use the respective room controllers and select a setting between 1 (lowest level) and 6 (highest level).
- Awning
Rinkenberg Holiday Apartment
You can easily operate the awning using the switch shown in the living room. The switch is labelled „Markise“.
Use the up arrow key to extend the awning and the down arrow key to retract it.
Holiday apartment Sommerseite
In the Sommerseite holiday apartment, the awning is not operated electrically, but manually with a hand crank.
- Waste disposal
The rubbish bins are located at the back of the carport (organic waste, residual waste, paper, glass and yellow bag).
Important: Organic waste may only be wrapped in newspaper (see container labelled „Compost“ in the kitchen).
